The Internet is Now a Better Place

Two friends of mine are now helping to steer two already excellent sites. First up, Patrick Hester is now Associate Editor of the Hugo nominated SF Signal. Patrick is one half of The Functional Nerds (who have had me as a guest) and runs the also-nominated SF Signal Podcast (which keeps having me on as a panelist). Meanwhile, as of next week George Dvorsky is Contributing Editor at io9. George has been blogging about science and transhumanism for ten years, and I linked to his work on my very first Gravity Lens blog post in 2002 (scroll to the bottom). Congrats are in order all around.
