Update

So after two years at Verizon I, and most of the department I worked for, were let go. We had plenty of warning, with indicators as early as last November and an unofficial comfirmation in January. So the LinkedIn profile is updated and I am tirelessly looking for work. This is by no means an emergency. Jen and I are in decent shape and can get by for a moderate stretch. If at any point I require help, I will not hesitate to ask.

That being said, there was a point sometime after we moved down here that I made a list of all the things I wish I had done during that three month stretch of unemployment. The main thing is writing. I have a number of stories in various stages I want to finish, and a few finished stories I need to submit.

I am (and will be) looking for manuscript readers among my seasoned genre minions. If interested, let me know.
